I am writing to express our appreciation of the manner in which Danny Langstraat managed this very sad occasion for our family.

From the first visit on the Sunday following my husbands death, he was empathic but carried out all the necessary arrangements in an extremely efficient and professional manner. We were all very impressed with him and nothing was too much for him to manage. Even when we decided two hours out from the service that we would like it recorded, he manged it all with great aplomb. The recording is a wonderful memento we have of an amazing celebration of Mike's life.

A number of family members and friends have commented on how impressed they were by the mature demeanour of Danny throughout the funeral process, and I found his quiet management during this time to be of immense help to myself.
